Superglue preferred.Wood glue is possible without any problems.Epoxy resin must be used according to the instructions in the assembly manual.

Normal household rubber bands. But be careful: don't put too much tension on them. Danger of breakage!

Yes, but please do not use a soldering iron with more than 6 watts.It should also have a fine soldering tip.Soldering experience required.
