Payment and Shipping
We ship worldwide and all parcels with DHL and Deutsche Post*.
1. Standard shipping within Germany (delivery time approx. 1 to 5 working days)
a. Product group with standard size or oversize = 1,99 Euro flat rate.
b. Prioritised shipping = 4.99 Euro flat rate fee.
c. Free shipping from 30 Euro order value.
2. Standard shipping within the EEA (delivery time approx. 4 to 8 working days)
a. Product group with standard size = 9.99 Euro flat rate fee.
b. Product group with oversize = 19.99 Euro flat rate.
c. Free shipping from 600 Euro order value.
3. Standard shipping to Switzerland, USA and Great Britain (delivery time approx. 4 to 12 working days)
a. Product group with standard size = 14.99 Euro flat rate fee.
b. Product group with oversize = 24.99 Euro flat rate.
c. Free shipping from 600 Euro order value.
All additional fees such as customs duties and handling costs are borne by the recipient.
4. Standard shipping to the rest of the world (delivery time approx. 7 to 14 working days)
a. Product group with standard size = 19.99 Euro flat rate fee.
b. Product group with oversize = 29.99 Euro flat rate.
c. Free shipping from 800 Euro order value.
All additional fees such as customs duties and handling costs are borne by the recipient.

Spare parts are custom made and cost Tony a lot of time to assemble. If required, please let us know the exact parts or part designations and we will send you an offer.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 4 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
