Damaged deliveries as well as spare parts are free of material costs.
We reserve the right to check each case exactly and to charge shipping costs if necessary.
1. Shipping in Germany
Shipping within Germany has the following characteristics:
1. Order value under 29 Euro = 1,99 Euro shipping costs. (standard shipping)
2. Order value over 29 Euro = free shipping (standard shipping)
3. Prime shipping (delivery within 24 hours after DHL delivery) = 4,99 Euro.
2. Shipping to EU member states (except Great Britain)
Shipping within the EU has the following characteristics:
1. Order value under 149 Euro = 9,99 Euro flat fee. (Standard shipping - Premium by DHL)
2. Order value over 149 Euro = Free shipping. (Standard shipping - Premium by DHL)

3. Shipping to Switzerland
Shipping to Switzerland has the following characteristics:
1. All customs duties have to get paid by the recipient.
2. Order value under 199 Euro = 13,99 Euro flat rate fee. (Standard shipping - Premium by DHL)
3. Order value over 199 Euro = Free shipping. (Standard shipping - Premium by DHL)
4. Shipping International (for example USA)
International shipping is not yet activated.
We are currently working on making low-cost international shipping possible.
Current costs for international shipping are 24,99 Euro and more.
