Minimoa 2025 model airplane, 2844 mm wingspan, 1:6 scale, SD7032 profile
The Minimoa was developed in the 1930s by Schempp-Hirth as an advanced high-performance glider.
Their distinctive gull wing design provided exceptional flight performance and quickly made them popular in competitions.
Even before the Second World War, she set several altitude and distance records.
However, the outbreak of war interrupted production, although the Minimoa already enjoyed worldwide recognition.
Some surviving examples can be seen today in museums and at vintage aircraft air shows and give an impression of the technical sophistication of the time.
